Hotel furniture: cost analysis and ways to reduce costs. See how our furniture reduces project costs Scope of Work: kitchens, bed headboards, banquettes Description:

We always start the bidding process for hotel furniture with a thorough analysis of the project. In the next stage, we consider other solutions that generate impressive savings.

Find out how we are cutting costs.

Description:

We present a realisation in which it was possible to generate, on kitchen built-ins, 54% savings over the original budget – without compromising on quality.

The optimisation process was carried out in close collaboration with the architect responsible for the project, allowing material changes to be made while fully maintaining the aesthetics and standard of workmanship.

In the case of this kitchen furniture, our collaboration with the developer and architect allowed us to significantly reduce costs without compromising on aesthetics and functionality.

The original design called for furniture made of lacquered board, which generated a high cost and a longer implementation process. Changing this material to laminate panels generated savings of 54%.

The reduction was not in quality – but in price.

Another element of implementation – further savings.

After the success of the kitchen optimisation, it was time for the headrests in the hotel rooms. By changing the material – and again, with the full cooperation of the architect leading the project – it was possible to achieve 39% savings without sacrificing quality or aesthetic consistency.

This is another example of how, with the right approach, budget can be reconciled with design and sustainability.

In this project we were also able to optimise the cost of purchasing banquettes by as much as 13%!

A key to success was also the change of upholstery material, which – after consultation and approval from the architect – allowed a significant reduction in costs without losing visual appeal and comfort of use. We have proven that material changes can bring real savings without negatively affecting quality and design.

At MCP, we think in terms of design, act in partnership and always in the interests of the Investor.
